test: add footer theme contrast coverage

Description

Fixes #4446

Added a dedicated theme contrast test suite for the Footer component.

Changes

• Added coverage for light theme styling classes
• Added coverage for dark theme styling classes
• Verified heading readability across themes
• Verified footer links maintain proper contrast and interaction styles
• Verified overlay/background styling does not affect foreground content visibility
