This pull request introduces a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline to the agent framework and adds a new, type-safe evaluation harness with support for LLM-as-judge metrics. The main changes are the integration of knowledge base retrieval into the agent's prompt construction, the addition of a generic evaluation framework, and the implementation of LLM-based evaluation metrics.
