What I build

Most projects start as something I wanted for myself: a device-specific fix, a workflow improvement, or a small utility that removes friction. If it becomes useful enough, I polish it and share it publicly.

The common thread is deliberately small software: focused scope, practical UI, local-first behavior where possible, and low maintenance after release.
