…sistence Replaces the static markdown routing table with a working Python engine: - Weighted scoring router (capability, latency, cost, reliability) - Per-model circuit breaker (closed/open/half_open state machine) - Quality gate catching empty, greeting, refusal, repetition, bad JSON - SQLite persistence for sessions, turns, health telemetry, breaker state - CLI entry point (sauce.py) with chat, rank, stats, reset-breaker commands - 4 providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Ollama (local) - 37 tests passing including 10 self-eval routing vectors Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
