Portable wget for windows.
This is a portable version of wget for windows, i used it on w8.1.
Nothing was modified, i just get those libs:
- wget-1.11.4-1-bin
- libintl-0.14.4-bin
- libiconv-1.9.2-1-bin
- openssl-0.9.8h-1-bin
and put into a some directory.

##Usage Just make clone of this git repository and enter into wget\bin directory and run wget.exe easy like that.
