Adds
.github/workflows/ci.yml: on every PR and onmain, runs the fast deterministic checks —cargo test -p pool(contract: Poseidon/Merkle/withdraw/double-spend/front-run/root-history/commitments, 8 tests) and the appvitest(22) +next build. The slow testnet integration scripts (pool/scripts/*.mjs,npm run scenario) stay manual.
