docs: state that Submit deletes the session data - #32

:ReviewThemSubmit copies the Markdown to the clipboard and then deletes the session file, but neither the README nor the help doc mentioned the deletion. Since the clipboard is volatile, users could lose a whole review by copying something else before pasting. Document the behavior and point to :ReviewThemPause as the data-keeping alternative.
