• replace pre-release wording with verified FieldPilot 0.6.0 production evidence
• record PR Release FieldPilot 0.6.0 business workflow #15, Render/Neon health and migration results, Netlify deploy ID, R1-R5 smoke, CORS, and browser validation
• keep the public Mock LLM / Fixture Provider boundary explicit

Validation

• workbench and showcase production builds passed again
• remote Git tree is byte-identical to the local evidence commit

Merging this evidence-only change intentionally triggers one more platform deployment. The smoke Mission will be read afterward to verify persistence across the Render restart.
