ddb api w/ tests, removed clutter

• added api code for dynamodb, simplified cache code to support db res structure
• wrote tests to validate all functions work correctly / added kent dodds portal code to work in test environment
• added a quick sync button to force update page with latest db entries, but can be exploited. may remove
• added more aria-labels
• removed unused/junk files
