Enable autodl for Hue 100b-12d & 100b-12f

Most of these were disabled because there were no items available, so no point looping them.
Should be good to go if they now have new items.

While I found a bunch of other Hue updates, I'm still unable to locate the 2026-02-04 OTA firmware (v67.116.1/v2.85.1/v2.85.5) for all accessories... Interesting.

FYI, we likely soon have a second source for Hue OTAUs. 😏

It turns out that direct links to OTAU blobs can be requested via Hue's cloud MQTT broker.
To access said broker, dynamically generated credentials of a working Hue Bridge are required.

You'll need a rooted Hue Bridge... 😅

I'm quite confident that @TheJulianJES is using a similar approach, but feel free to correct me here.

By publishing these (albeit vague) details, I hope that we can establish multiple, independent sources of Hue OTAUs in case one becomes unavailable (for whatever reason). ✌️
