Software Engineering Lifecycle Project

Overview

This project demonstrates the complete application of modern software engineering practices across the full development lifecycle. It covers planning, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement using industry-standard methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD. The goal of this project is to simulate a real-world team environment where structured workflows, quality assurance, and iterative delivery are applied to build and maintain a functional software system.
