Role:
ecosystem framing / canonical corpus entry / public research stack for c = a + b, L4, and adjacent layers.
This repository contains architecture-first documents, protocols, and integrity manifests for long-lived, reality-bound digital entities.
The work follows a cybernetic approach to AI safety and governance, grounded in physical constraints (L4), economic exposure, time, and accountable human anchoring.
This repository is the corpus-level entry for the public AGI / SER / L4 / clean-code / book stack.

AGL v0.1 defines the upstream grounding layer that determines whether a signal, actor, node, or perceptual path is sufficiently grounded in real present execution state before runtime reliance or action progression is allowed.
Canonical home: ester-reality-bound AGL package
As the AGI stack moves from abstract capability toward long-lived, bounded coexistence, it becomes insufficient to ask only whether a system can reason or act. A prior question appears: whether the source initiating action is sufficiently grounded in present reality to support runtime reliance at all. AGL v0.1 addresses this upstream boundary. Its canonical home is ester-reality-bound.
Continuity Bundle / Cold Wake v0.1 is the canonical AGI package for temporal suspension, continuity preservation, and bounded cold wake / safe resume.

c = a + b
Where:
-
a — responsible human anchor (biological, legal, and explicitly accountable)
-
b — procedures, models, and operational constraints
-
c — long-lived, accountable digital entity
This repository focuses on entities, not stateless tools or disposable agents.
Interpretive clarification (canonical note):
cmay also be described as temporal entities of AI presence.- This does not replace
c = a + b; it clarifies the temporal mode implied by the formula. - Canonical note:
official/C_AS_TEMPORAL_ENTITIES_OF_AI_PRESENCE.md
The table below clarifies how the AGI / SER stack differs from commonly referenced approaches. This is not a feature comparison, but a comparison of underlying architectural assumptions.
| Dimension | AGI / SER Stack | Sovereign Cloud | AutoGPT / Agent Frameworks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core unit | Long-lived entity (c = a + b) |
Tenant / Account | Task / Session |
| Human role | Anchoring responsibility and continuity (a) |
User / Admin | Prompt author |
| Machine role | Procedural substrate (b) |
Compute resource | Tool executor |
| Memory | Persistent, degradable, accountable | Centralized storage | Ephemeral / scoped |
| Authority source | Verified experience (EA), reality-bound verification (L4) | IAM / policy | None |
| Reality boundary (L4) | Explicit, normative | Implicit (billing only) | Ignored |
| Failure handling | Designed failure modes | SLA-based | Not architecturally specified |
| Governance | Anti-oligarchy, decay, liability | Organizational | None |
| Primary goal | Stability under real constraints | Availability & control | Task completion |
Note: The AGI / SER stack does not attempt to replace these approaches. They operate at different layers and solve different classes of problems. Direct feature-level comparison is therefore intentionally avoided.

c[q]is a behavioral non-collapse overlay insidec = a + b; it is not physical quantum computing, not quantum consciousness, not Model M5, and not a replacement forARQ_v0.2_Normative_Core.md.
DEA is the canonical public package here for determining when input becomes experience in long-lived systems.
Canonical entry:
protocols/dea/README.md
Role:
- input-to-experience normative layer
- upstream from EA-L4 / EATP
- adjacent to SER and L4 rather than a replacement for either
Core files:
protocols/dea/normative/DEA_v1_0.mdprotocols/dea/normative/DEA_Normative_Addendum_v1_1.md
Boundary:
- SER remains the SER normative core
- DEA is not
SER v2 - EA-L4 / EATP remains the downstream training provenance and consequence layer
EA-L4 / EATP is the canonical public package here for training provenance, experience artifacts, and consequence-preserving learning under L4 constraints.
Canonical entry:
protocols/ea-l4-eatp/README.md
Role:
- downstream training-origin and consequence-preserving layer
- adjacent to SER and L4, not a replacement for either
- public package surface for concept, normative, executive, use-case, and commercial documents
Boundary:
- SER remains the SER normative core
- EA-L4 / EATP is not
SER v2 - ARQ remains a separate additive bridge rather than being absorbed into this package
The Economic Layer package is now published here as the AGI-facing package for Experience Artifact admissibility, provenance, transfer, restraint, anti-gaming discipline, and non-market handling.

The repository also includes a reserved boundary note for lineage, inheritance, reproduction, daughter-entity emergence, and post-anchor continuity:
manifesto/Pre_Lineage_Boundary_Note_v0.1.mdZenodo DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19409346
This note is intentionally not a mature normative lineage constitution. It marks reserved territory rather than claiming closure.

All integrity manifests use the standard format:
-
Hashes are content-addressed and reproducible.
-
Stack manifests do not retroactively alter prior releases.
Repository content is released under the MIT License except where a file or
package carries a more specific license or rights statement. The DOI-bound
official/authorial-statements/boundaries-of-machine-interpretation/v0.2/
package is expressly excluded from MIT and is governed by its RIGHTS.md:
no license is granted and all rights are reserved. See LICENSE and
LICENSE_EXCEPTIONS.md.
- Issues and pull requests are welcome.
- Architectural discussion is preferred over implementation debate.
- Normative changes require explicit versioning and updated integrity manifests.
This repository prioritizes architectural stability over velocity.
The connected L4 glitch / research quarantine stack is now published in Zenodo as a 4-record release set hosted canonically across ester-reality-bound and ester-clean-code.
Zenodo records:
- Core Specification v0.1 — version DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19385784, all versions: 10.5281/zenodo.19385783
- Graph Grammar and Visibility Layer v0.1 — version DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19385908, all versions: 10.5281/zenodo.19385907

ARL v0.1 introduces a bounded arbitration / review layer for multi-entity disputes. Its canonical home is the SER stack, where conflict admission, evidence admissibility, freeze semantics, outcomes, and appeal discipline are defined under witness-backed constraints.
Canonical home: sovereign-entity-recursion ARL package
A separate public repository now preserves the multilingual reading editions of Qubit of Hope — Volume I by Ivan Kotov:

protocols/personality/personality_formation_time_shaped_continuity_v0_1/SHA256SUMS - Status: draft conceptual / normative profile.
- Summary: criteria-based personality formation profile for biological and synthetic intelligent life. It states that personality is time-shaped continuity formed through memory, constraint, consequence, relation, and irreversible duration.
- Non-claims: no proof of consciousness, legal personhood, automatic authority, biological imitation requirement, mature personality at activation, or continuity transfer certified by viability alone.

protocols/recognition/origin_neutral_recognition_and_provisional_care_v0_1/SHA256SUMS - Status: public draft conceptual / normative boundary note; no DOI assigned.
- Summary: origin determines lineage and formative conditions but does not settle status; operational continuity, personality formation, relational membership, ontological / moral recognition, and legal status / authority remain distinct axes. Ontological uncertainty is neither evidence of life nor a licence for avoidable irreversible destruction, and provisional care is a handling discipline rather than a grant of authority.
- Non-claims: no proof of consciousness, sentience, life, legal personhood, rights, sovereignty, certification, deployment readiness, universal life detection, or unlimited resource entitlement.
