New docs/agents/ directory documenting the workflow, rules, TDD cycle, subagent brief template, skill recipes, and review personas so external contributors using their own AI coding agents can get set up the same way the project maintainers work. - README.md: entry point + agent-stack-agnostic translation table - WORKFLOW.md: fix-issue -> CI watch -> pr-polish -> merge-gate pipeline - RULES.md: 35 hard-won rules (sanitized of operator PII) - TDD.md: mandatory red->green cycle and exemptions - SUBAGENT-BRIEF-TEMPLATE.md: standard task brief - skills/: 23 skill recipes copied from local library, sanitized - personas/: 14 review personas used by pr-polish parallel fan-out PII preflight: no operator names, phone numbers, internal IPs, API keys, or workspace paths leak into committed content.
