Decenza is a free, open-source controller for the Decent Espresso DE1 machine, running on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and Linux.

- Download the latest release for your platform from GitHub Releases
- On Android: install the
.apkfile directly (allow unknown sources when prompted) - On iOS: install from the App Store
- Grant Location and Bluetooth permissions when the app first opens
- Fully close the DE1 app (de1app) if it was running — only one app can hold the Bluetooth connection at a time
- Decenza will automatically find your DE1 and scale
If you run into trouble, check the FAQ — the most common issue is the de1app running in the background.
