Realized this needs some unit tests such as the ones for the Battenberg dockerfiles |
Adds run_tests.sh (Battenberg-style checks) per review feedback, and fixes a dangling line-continuation in the Dockerfile that would have broken the image build.

This PR adds the Dockerfile for Sniffles version 2.7.5, to establish container support for the Sniffles LCR-module version 1.1.
