CLAUDE.md remains as a local working file but no longer ships in the repo. .gitignore now blocks CLAUDE.md, CLAUDE.local.md, and .claude/ so agent-local files cannot land in the public tree. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Pre-flip hygiene: removes CLAUDE.md from the tracked tree. It stays as a local working file; AGENTS.md (linked from README and CONTRIBUTING) remains the canonical public agent/contributor doc.
Also adds CLAUDE.md, CLAUDE.local.md, and .claude/ to .gitignore so agent-local files cannot land in the repo again.
