Zcell

Zcells | v1.0

Zcell is a matlab code to facilitate classification of cells in microscopy images based on the z-axis information contained in z-stack. It comes with a GUI and has been implemented with different classifiers (SVM, RF, NN). It allows to detect cells in brightfield independently of their shapes or morphological features. It has been tested successfully with yeast, bacteria and epithelial cells.
