Publish and validate compact structured worktree review manifests through the canonical diff owner. Bind initial validation finalization to the compiled claim so repaired authority cannot collide with an earlier acceptance.
Keep source mutation with the task that owns the exact repository, worktree, and write scope. Treat changes produced by other tasks as proposal-only until the repository owner audits and integrates them.
