Fixes Windows drive-letter and UNC remote handling, read-only Git rollback cleanup, exact-byte rollback, Git-filtered source identity, POSIX rule paths, native Windows uv exit propagation, and bounded Windows CI portability tests. Validation: python bin/work-bundle-ci — 46 modules passed, skills passed.
