Summary

Full README rework in both languages, prompted by the v1.0.13-v1.0.15 feature trains having no README presence and the graph story being scattered across three sections.

Structure now reads: What is the graph (plain-language explanation + node/wave/gate vocabulary) → Features (orchestration / reliability / observability / beyond-the-graph — now includes the draft action, execution-location authority, revision view, and output file refs) → Using workflows (the existing 3-step guide, now mentioning /dag-flow and draft) → The engine (reference material, gains Revisions and Node outputs subsections) → Background (the history/doctrine material, demoted from the opening position).

Wording pass throughout: dropped the promotional opening framing, converted inline-bold-label list patterns to prose or plain lists, kept tables (information density, not filler). The config table gains .opencode/workflow-reports/ (auto-gitignored report area).

No code changes; pre-commit ran the full typecheck hook (29/29 turbo).

Checklist

  • Both README.md and README.zh.md restructured in parallel
  • All new-feature content cross-checked against the shipped implementations (v1.0.13-v1.0.15)
  • No links broken (relative paths unchanged)

Reorganize both language READMEs: a plain-language 'What is the graph'
section (node/wave/gate vocabulary) up front, a Features section that
collects orchestration, reliability, observability, and beyond-the-graph
capabilities (including the v1.0.13-v1.0.15 additions: draft action,
execution-location authority, revision view, output file refs), the usage
guide, then the engine reference. Engine gains Revisions and Node outputs
subsections; the historical/doctrine material moves to a Background
section. Wording pass to drop promotional phrasing and inline-bold-label
list patterns; workflow-reports/ added to the config table.
