[Bug]: End of rest notification is silent

Describe the bug

In android when a phone is on silent or vibrate but the user is listening with headphones the end of rest notifications don't work. They should work when using headphones sort of like media apps do.

How can I reproduce the bug?

place phone on silent or vibrate
connect bluetooth headphones
start a rest timer and wait for it to expire
you shouldn't hear anything

Expected behavior

the notification comes through when headphones are connected but otherwise respects the phone's current volume state
