A reliability-focused bug-fix release.

🐛 Fixes

• Fixed Cmd+Tab becoming unresponsive — Resolved the issue where the switcher stopped responding after extended use or with many apps running. The root cause was the event tap being disabled by redundant synchronous IPC on every app switch. A watchdog now re-enables the tap automatically every 2 seconds, and AX calls are capped with a 1-second timeout.
• Fixed ghost cells after closing a window — Closing a window with ✕ or Cmd+W no longer leaves behind a ghost cell showing only the app icon. Also eliminated the flicker where remaining thumbnails briefly reverted to icons.

🧪 Other

• Added unit tests for WindowInfo and ThumbnailFetcher

Installation

1. Download and unzip NanoSwitch.zip
2. Move NanoSwitch.app to /Applications
3. On first launch, grant Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions
