Integrated with main Lilith/GTC symbiosis: All LLM calls from agents now route through the local fish cerebellum (Ouroboros memory engine + NGD governor) for shared engrams with the main running Lilith server (port 3213) and GTC mods. Uses custom local models (grok-msn, lilith, hermes3:8b). Memories from polsia feed back to ouroboros-memories.json for the broader system.
