Is the offset module disabled by default? Why not activate it?

Thanks for the detailed comparison. Empirically, we find that the offset module is often more advantageous in object detection scenarios rather than segmentation.
Also, it usually isn't "plug-and-play" and requires hyperparameter tuning to fit your specific dataset. I suggest experimenting with different offset groups and adjusting the dilation in the cosine similarity module.
