APPROVE — SemantIQ ASCII Branding & Color Palette Update
Reviewed PR #187 at commit 3517ef8488d9930bd00731e77175be11f8d746e8.
Review findings:
- The original eight-line SemantIQ ASCII wordmark has been restored.
- The existing 27-line compact brain artwork remains unchanged.
- The README SVG presents both original ASCII forms using the approved blush, rose, mauve, lavender, and muted blue-gray palette.
- Python and Node CLI commands display the same ASCII artwork.
- ANSI color support preserves
--color=auto|always|never, including plain-text fallback. - Branding regression tests verify glyph preservation and color-output consistency.
- All 12 GitHub Actions jobs passed on the exact reviewed commit.
- No changes to benchmark evaluation, scientific evidence, qualification status, or provider behavior were introduced.
Review decision: APPROVE.
No blocking issues were identified in the reviewed changes.
Merge recommendation: SQUASH AND MERGE, subject to all required independent CODEOWNER approvals and branch-protection checks.

This PR implements the project owner's approved README / CLI preview, using its warm blush / dusty rose / mauve / lavender / desaturated blue-gray colors rather than the previous cyan/teal/navy treatment.
Both original ASCII forms are preserved:

Static connector preflight: passed on exact protected-main SHA. Nine expected changed files; no other file touched. Brain asset unchanged; title is eight rows; both sets of glyph lines are present verbatim in the SVG; main has not moved.
Automated GitHub CI: pending at PR creation. Do not claim tests pass until checks complete.
Human CODEOWNER review: required, not self-approved.
SVG is an implementation of the approved visual reference using browser font rendering. Its on-screen rasterization can differ by platform; it is not a pixel-for-pixel reproduction of the illustrative preview image. The CLI cannot color backgrounds or shrink terminal font sizes; it uses ANSI RGB foregrounds.
