Adds a dedicated themed training landing page and CSS visual system: public-information terminal, field briefs, status panels, training assignments, and the Creative Accessibility pathway. The README remains the accessible documentation entry point. Uses original Loptr Lab language and does not reproduce Starship Troopers branding or dialogue. Includes reduced-motion and higher-contrast accommodations.
