Summary

apply request headers through each HTTP source's extra-headers property
configure primary and dynamically nested sources before playback
add regression coverage for both source paths

Testing

cargo test --workspace
cargo check --workspace --all-targets
cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -- -D warnings
