docs(readme): add Demos section + header badge#376

The #376 merge landed Demos at the very end (after Community); move it to just after Run Megakernel Bench so it sits with the hands-on sections rather than below the footer links. Co-Authored-By: WOZCODE <contact@withwoz.com>
