GovHub — open-source platform integrating 20 federal databases (Tesouro Gerencial, TransfereGov, SIOP, SIAFI, SIAPE) into a single model for public transparency. I work on the data architecture, requirements, and information modeling. Researcher at Lab Livre, UnB.
Devmania — Financial reporting and data modeling for a member association: dbt models on PostgreSQL, dashboards in Metabase, and a service that handles member communication over WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Integração de Dados com Modelos de Linguagem — three-layer system for federal government data: ingestion with Airflow, MinIO and DuckDB; transformation with dbt and PostgreSQL; and an integration layer that uses the Claude API to discover semantic join keys between tables from different sources.
GovHub-skills — curated collection of Claude Code skills for the GovHub team, covering data pipelines, official reporting, backend, infra, testing, and documentation. The idea is to package recurring work as skills that load on demand, so team standards live in the repo instead of in people's heads.
