When testing i18n features, I had my edX LMS running in French mode. This meant that reflection_eval.py kindly calculated my KMA and KMB values as "25,0" in float notation. But the JavaScript for the gauges didn't recognize that as a float value (possibly because my OS and browser are still thinking in "en-US"?), so it just ignores it can can't set the gauges.
