Key verifications:

• Responsibilities: Strictly execution helpers, no business logic.
• Safety: RedisOps uses bounded SCAN with fail-fast limits; MysqlOps handles integer overflows.
• Boundaries: No dependencies on Repositories or DTOs.
• Parity: Fallbacks for Fakes are present and mirror real driver logic where possible.
