This PR adds a comprehensive set of canonical usage examples for Phase 5 of the Rate Limiter library. All examples are native PHP scripts located in examples/phase5/native/ and are strictly derived from existing unit tests to ensure accuracy. An aggregation file examples/phase5/examples.md provides documentation and links examples to their corresponding source tests.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 7111805361984986576 started by @Maatify

- Created `examples/phase5/native/` with runnable PHP scripts.
- Implemented `global_limiter_flow.php` (derived from `GlobalLimiterTest`).
- Implemented `action_limiter_flow.php` (derived from `ActionLimiterTest`).
- Implemented `exponential_backoff_flow.php` (derived from `BackoffPolicyTest`).
- Implemented `dto_serialization.php` (derived from `RateLimitStatusDTOTest`).
- Implemented `exception_flow.php` (derived from `ExceptionPropagationTest`).
- Implemented `custom_backoff_policy.php` (showing extensibility).
- Added `examples/phase5/examples.md` as documentation.
- Ensured all examples are test-backed and use real interfaces.
