This repository contains:

  1. [zonal statistic] Lightweight Jupyter Notebook-based application that downloads remote sensing data from Google Earth Engine
  2. [gee_ml_dengue] Scripts that creates visualisation of remote sensing data alongside dengue fever epidemiological data collected from various sources Scripts that perform selected statistical analysis based on dengue fever and environmental data Scripts that build, train, test and create reports for machine learning models that predict dengue fever incidence based on aforementioned data
  3. [notebook] Exploratory notebooks for exploring and prototyping scripts
  4. [data] The data in this repository is not freely available on GitHub. You may reach out for the raw dataset, or use the 'zonal statistic' module to download your own environmental data.
