ADD a config file that we can edit.

I was poking through the files on thunderstore and could not find a config file listed.
I'd like a config file to edit how many "Compound Shamans" can be created (My game kills one if more than TWO are spawned at a time).

I've downloaded RemoveAllyCap to solve the issue for the little guys but I want to run around with an army of the big ones.
