Mappedinfo Academic Harness (Archived)

This repository has completed its skill-first migration. Development of the desktop harness stopped at v0.3.1: normal research work is now done directly by agent skills, and only GPU / remote-LAN experiments create auditable runs.

The full v0.3 implementation lives on archive/full-harness-v0.3 (tag academic-harness-v0.3-final). See ARCHIVE.md.

• Migration guide for moving daily research work to skills: MIGRATION.md
• Legacy .workbench/runs state is readable by the research-run-reviewer skill; no compatibility kernel is maintained here anymore.
• Canonical skills source lives in the Obsidian vault (skills/); ~/.agents/skills exposes them via symlinks.

No further features are accepted: no SwiftUI app, no Pi integration, no generic numeric evaluator/cycle UI, no Python kernel development.
