An open source implementation of some functions from the Signal Processing Toolbox.
Functions implemented:
downsample
upsample
The load_toolbox function will not overload these if already present.
To get library clone from github:
cd to your lib folder
git clone https://github.com/Matlab-Toolbox/signal
To use library the library call load_toolbox from your setup script.
