I am trying to generate the Hyper-V vhdx file, however getting the below error message, Would you please check and advise.

Environment:- Windows 2016 Datacentre Server, installed with Hyper-V
Packer Version:- tried with 1.3.2-dev, & 1.2.5
ISO: Windows 2012R2
