Summary

replace the legacy ZimaOS ZIP source with the published v2 store.json endpoint
update English, Italian, Docker, distribution, and website instructions
link directly to the generated GitHub Pages catalog

Verification

public store.json, index.json, compose, and meta endpoints return HTTP 200
python -m pytest -q (43 passed)
python scripts/release_metadata.py --check
git diff --check
