The idea
Ability to move the dock, and the status bar, from the home screen in edit mode. (Atleast the vertical position)
Option to change whether the dock is on the bottom or side, for each screen orientation (closed, open landscape, open portrait)
Option to add more than 4 apps to the dock
Why it helps
Customization is always good. I like the side dock on the cover screen, but want to change the location on the inner screen
