Vend is a live, paid utility-API storefront for AI agents: web scrape & readability extract, URL metadata/unshortener, JSON Schema validation, text diff, and hash/UUID utilities — $0.001–$0.01 USDC per call via x402 on Base (through the Coinbase CDP facilitator; Stripe Machine Payments also live), per-SKU free tiers, no signup, machine-readable catalog at /api/skus.
