on config-meticulous.sh install the meticulous-sentry.service and set the SENTRY_PATH env variable that points to the root of the project, to make it agnostic to where the project is cloned into
non 0 values can be return by systemctl to represent different statuses of the required unit. We are interested only on the value 4 meaning the unit was not found

use the config-meticulous.sh to install a systemd service to start the containers at boot time, also to allow self restart if any container crashes
Also the config-meticulous.sh got refactored
