Export/Import presets

• Add the ability to export presets so that it can be shared with others
• Add the ability to import exported presets

I've implemented a automated version of this in the missions for my unit by simply writing directly to the profileNamespace variable for the clients...

During this I realized that if "date/time"/DTG is enabled, it'll save the time at creation of the preset. Would be nice if it would default to "date/time"/DTG enabled, but grab the current time of marker creation instead.
