An earlier note in this file claimed the grid ran 0.12.0 — that was wrong; the binaries say
otherwise. **Why it matters now:** a 0.13.0 client has remote preprocessing ON by default, and a
pre-0.13 worker rejects the V3 packet, so the client falls back to compiling **locally** — correct
output, but no distribution. Until the other three nodes are upgraded, either upgrade them or set
`SUCO_REMOTE_PREPROCESS=0` on clients pointed at this grid.
**Blocked on the owner:** only node3 has passwordless sudo; k3master/node1/node2 need a password,
so Claude cannot deploy them. Either run the install there, or add the APT source and
`apt install suco` (which would also exercise the published repo end to end).
