Develop the card game "Memory" with all knowledge you have gained in JavaScript, HTML and CSS over the last few weeks.
To start all of the cards are laid face down on a surface and two cards are flipped face up over each turn. The goal of the game is to find all pairs of matching cards.
- The game should have at least 20 images
- Use a CSS framework of your choice to arrange the cards on the web page
- Load the images for the game through an API of your choice
- Show a loading message while the images are being loaded through the API
