Fixes Security vulnerabilities in glob

• Purpose: Fixes Dependabot 92 and 94 issues

• Approach: Mix of removal/cleanup and dependency management

Updates

👉 removed JSHint and Travis (wasn't used anymore) -> fixes glob 7.x.x
👉 updated Tap to latest -> fixes glob 10.x.x and 11.x.x vulnerabilities
👉 updated diff/jsdiff to get rid of low prio issue.
