- Add `build_ont()` to convert class and property URIs into browsable, tab-completable list structures, facilitating an ORM-like experience in R. - Implement `make_display_list()` and its internal helper to map full URIs to short, human-readable local names or labels. - Introduce `.solve_possible_duplicate_display()` to automatically disambiguate local name collisions by appending the namespace or full URI. - Ensure resulting lists are deduplicated and alphabetically sorted for easier navigation during interactive endpoint exploration. - Add tests related to ontology builder system - Add updated version of Man files.
