Dependabot を外し、依存更新を Renovate 単独へ寄せました（2e9fd18）。

このPRのCIは lockfile had changes, but lockfile is frozen で失敗しています。Dependabot が package.json だけを更新し bun.lock を触らないためで、依存の中身の問題ではありません。

同じ wrangler 4.127.1 の更新は Renovate が既にキューに持っており（Dependency Dashboard #5 の renovate/minorpatch）、そちらは lockfile も同じ PR で更新するので CI を通ります。
