Drops MobilityKafka's duplicated MeosOps* facade (61 classes plus the runtime probe), its generator and the meos-ref snapshot, which now live once in JMEOS under org.mobilitydb.meos. Refreshes jar/JMEOS.jar to the facade-carrying build at pin 588768d7ab, repoints the Kafka-Streams wirings, BerlinMOD bridge and smoke tests to org.mobilitydb.meos.MeosOps*, and switches the enable flag to the canonical -Dmeos.enabled. The facade smoke is 7/7 against the pinned libmeos; the Kafka-specific topology and runtime are unchanged, and both Java engines now inherit identical facade names.

Superseded by the Path-B consolidation: the former 12-deep stack is collapsed into three reviewable topical PRs — scaffold #1 → MEOS integration #14 → benchmark #15 — each one clean squashed commit with the generated-facade bulk, dead family-flag profiles, and invented synthetic corpus removed. Closing as folded into #14/#15.
