Drops MobilityKafka's duplicated MeosOps* facade (61 classes + the runtime probe), its generator and the meos-ref snapshot, which now live once in JMEOS under org.mobilitydb.meos. Refreshes jar/JMEOS.jar to the facade-carrying build (pin 588768d7ab surface), repoints the Kafka-Streams wirings, BerlinMOD bridge and smoke tests to org.mobilitydb.meos.MeosOps*, and switches the enable flag to the canonical -Dmeos.enabled. Facade smoke 7/7 against the pin libmeos; the Kafka-specific topology and runtime are unchanged. Both Java engines now inherit identical facade names.

Superseded by the Path-B consolidation: the former 12-deep stack is collapsed into three reviewable topical PRs — scaffold #1 → MEOS integration #14 → benchmark #15 — each one clean squashed commit with the generated-facade bulk, dead family-flag profiles, and invented synthetic corpus removed. Closing as folded into #14/#15. |
