List rn-scale-reference and rn-health-data, now public

Both repos went public today, after a personal-data check of their full history, so they get rows under Packages for app developers, next to rn-photo-quality.

• rn-scale-reference: pixels to millimetres from a coin or sticker of known size, always shown as an estimate.
• rn-health-data: steps, sleep, workouts, energy and water from Apple Health and Health Connect with one API. Read-only; it stores and sends nothing.

Both links open for a logged-out visitor.
