Migrate to TC3

• Use TypeCheck3

• Fix log-usage in tests

• Disabled multiple SymDiff Tests due to duplicate symbols -> fix them separatly (CD resolving causes problem with 2 equally named symbols (ignoring the CD-name))

• the DefaultPackage breaks qualified associations -> added support for the default package trafo to also move types
